GOLD COAST SEED COMPANY is a licensed seed dealer, and subsidiary to a small South Florida start-up, currently operating under the Florida State Hemp Program.
As such, novelty seeds are offered as collectable items for souvenir purposes only.
Our novelty hemp seeds are submitted to proprietary processes resulting in a clean product that is virtually devoid of any Cannabinoid content, ensuring compliance with Florida Law (§ 581.217), and the USDA's final rule (86 FR 5596) for State & Tribal Hemp Programs operating under the AGRICULTURE IMPROVEMENT ACT OF 2018 (P.L. 115–334).
We firmly hold that the free trade of seed is a natural right; but strive to maintain compliance with state and federal regulations. We believe that each of us as individuals has a role to play in achieving progress and justice; and for this reason - ask that customers act in accordance with their local laws.
